Cat5E Gigabit Ethernet Cable, compliant with international standards such as ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and ANSI/TIA/EIA 568, is specifically designed for basic voice and data transmission at frequencies up to 100 MHz. The product features 24AWG solid bare copper conductors and PE insulation, ensuring excellent electrical performance.
The cable is available with optional copper wire braid armor (CWB), steel wire braid armor (SWB), or steel wire armor (SWA), combined with a flame-retardant outer sheath. This design provides outstanding mechanical protection and fire resistance (complying with standards such as BS EN 60332-1-2) while maintaining cable flexibility. The outer sheath can also be customized with features such as UV resistance, oil resistance, rodent resistance, and termite resistance.
With stable electrical and transmission performance and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +75°C, the cable supports high-speed Gigabit network transmission. Key parameters such as attenuation and near-end crosstalk meet Cat5E specifications. The cable is available in UTP, F/UTP (overall foil shield), and SF/UTP (overall foil + copper wire braid double shield) structures to suit different electromagnetic environments.

Compliance to fire performance standard (IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3, UL 1581, UL 1666 etc) depends on the oxygen index of the PVC compound and the overall cable design. LSPVC can also be provided upon request.
Cat5EF/UTP : These cables have collective shielding of Aluminium/polyester tape with drain wire.
Cat5ESF/UTP : These cables have double collective shielding of Aluminium/polyester tape & copper wire braid.
